These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of Payoneer account creation services ("Service") by MyanExchanger ("Service Provider") to the customer ("Customer"). By engaging the Service Provider for the Service, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
The Service Provider will assist the Customer in creating a Payoneer account specifically for the Myanmar region. The Customer must also cooperate with the Service Provider during the identity verification process by scanning the provided QR code and completing the verification steps accurately.
The Service is offered in three packages with varying features and durations:
Starter Package: $100 USD (Estimated completion: 3 business days)
Standard Package: $120 USD (Estimated completion: 3 business days)
Complete Package: $150 USD (Estimated completion: 7 business days)
3.1. The full package price must be paid by the Customer on the date the job commences.
3.2. All payments will be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) at the prevailing USD-MMK exchange rate on the date of payment.
4.1. The Customer guarantees that the ID provided for Payoneer account creation is fresh and has never been previously used to open a Payoneer account.
4.2. The Customer is responsible for any actions taken on the Payoneer account after it has been successfully opened and handed over by the Service Provider.
4.3. The Customer can later change the Payoneer email, password, and security questions at their own convenience after the account handover.
4.4. Important Warning Regarding Third-Party Integrations (e.g., TikTok):
* Payoneer accounts should never be directly linked or bound to unknown or unverified third-party platforms, including but not limited to TikTok.
* Binding a Payoneer account to such platforms can cause the Payoneer account to become a "lite" account, which severely limits its functionalities (e.g., restricted withdrawal options, payment receiving limitations).
* If this occurs, the only action the Service Provider can take is to assist the Customer in contacting Payoneer support to request the unbinding of the platform and restoration of full account functions. However, it is important to note that the success of such a request is not 100% guaranteed by Payoneer, and the process can be lengthy.
The Service Provider will not be held responsible for functionality limitations resulting from binding the Payoneer account to any unknown or unverified third-party platform.
5.1. Full Refund: * If the Service Provider is unable to complete the task due to an error on their part. * If the account cannot be opened successfully for any reason other than those specified in Clause 5.2.
5.2. Half Refund: * If the account creation fails because a Payoneer account already exists under the Customer's provided ID. In this specific scenario, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
5.3. All refunds will be processed in MMK at the rate equivalent to the original USD value paid.
6.1. Upon successful creation, the Service Provider will hand over the Payoneer account with no outstanding verification requests in the Payoneer Verification Center at the time of handover.
6.2. If Payoneer subsequently requests additional verification from the Customer due to the Customer's actions or ongoing account activity, the Service Provider may offer assistance in preparing suitable documentation. This assistance will incur additional fees, to be quoted based on the complexity and volume of documents required.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues arising from Payoneer's policies, terms of service, or any actions taken by Payoneer after the account has been successfully opened and handed over to the Customer, including but not limited to, limitations caused by linking with third-party platforms as detailed in Clause 4.4.
